The invention provides a production method of prefabricated wall battens used for buildings. The production method specifically comprises the following steps that the amount of slurry, the amount of desulfurized gypsum slurry, the amount of cement, the amount of quick lime and the amount of aluminum powder suspension are metered by using an electronic metering scale, and the slurry, the desulfurized gypsum slurry, the cement, the quick lime and the aluminum powder suspension are sequentially put into a pouring stirrer to be sufficiently stirred; materials discharged from the pouring stirrer are poured into a mold to form blank bodies; drill rods are inserted into the blank bodies by using a dried reinforcing mesh cage; the mold blank bodies with the drill rods inserted are placed in a standing room to be subjected to standing and pre-curing; the drill rods are pulled out after pre-curing of the mold blank bodies is completed, and the blank bodies are cut; the cut blank bodies are numbered and put into a kettle autoclaved curing device; and the autoclaved and cured blank bodies are discharged out of a kettle and are conveyed to the position below a glass severing machine, and building blocks or plates are separated from top to bottom by the glass severing machine. According to the production method, fly ash is fully utilized and converted into reusable products, the cyclic utilization capability of industrial waste of this kind is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
