The invention relates to a process for production of soda ash from a nitrate mixed salt and alkali-making waste liquid and comprehensive utilization. The process comprises the following steps of: 1) carrying out double decomposition reaction by using the nitrate mixed salt and alkali-making distillation waste liquid as raw materials, and performing separation to obtain gypsum and calcium-removed mother liquid; 2) adding lime and soda ash into the calcium-removed mother liquid to carry out double decomposition reaction, removing magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate, and performing separation to obtain calcium-magnesium mud and refined liquid; 3) comprehensively utilizing the gypsum and the calcium-magnesium mud into a building mortar material through desalination, dehydration and drying; 4) performing ammonia absorption, carbonation, lime distillation and calcination on the refined liquid to obtain a soda ash product and alkali-making distillation waste liquid; and 5) circulating the alkali-making distillation waste liquid to the nitrate mixed salt in the step 1) as a raw material.
