The present invention discloses a throwing device of a riverway cyperus alternifolius floating bed. The throwing device comprises a floating block, a driving block is fixedly arranged on the lower endface of the floating block, a driving mechanism is arranged in the driving block, the driving mechanism can drive the floating block to move to a designated position, and a rotating cavity with a downward opening is formed in the floating block; a fixing mechanism is arranged in the rotating cavity, the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing block rotationally arranged in the rotating cavity, a first rotating shaft is fixedly arranged in the fixing block, and twelve sliding grooves with outward openings are formed in the fixing block. According to the invention, the advancing power source assists in driving the fishing plate to circularly and automatically remove algae, turf (artificial floating bed) made of plants such as cyperus alternifolius adsorbing algae is thrown into the riverway, the procedures of cutting off and fixing are completed while throwing is conducted, pollution factors such as nitrogen and phosphorus in the water body can be absorbed through automatic throwing of theartificial floating bed, growth of blue-green algae can be inhibited, and algae breeding is prevented from the source.
