Impact-resistant and wear-resistant airfield pavement fiber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to impact-resistant and wear-resistant airfield pavement fiber concrete and a preparation method thereof. The impact-resistant and wear-resistant airfield pavement fiber concretecomprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-390 parts of cement, 50-140 parts of fly ash, 30-60 parts of limestone powder, 600-850 parts of sand, 1000-1300 parts of gravels, 120-210parts of water, 0.5-6.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers and 3-10 parts of additives. According to the impact-resistant and wear-resistant fiber concrete prepared by the preparation method of the invention, the polyvinyl alcohol fibers and the stone powder are added, so that the early-stage crack resistance, the impact resistance and the wear resistance of the concrete are remarkably improved. The prepared fiber concrete is simple in preparation process and good in cement-based adhesive property; the impact resistance and the wear resistance of the airfield pavement concrete are remarkably improved; and the service life of an airfield pavement is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及一种抗冲击耐磨机场道面纤维混凝土及其制备方法,其原料重量份数分别为:水泥300~390份、粉煤灰50~140份、石灰石粉30~60份、砂600~850份、碎石1000~1300份、水120~210份、聚乙烯醇纤维0.5~6.5份,外加剂3~10份。本发明制备的抗冲击耐磨纤维混凝土通过添加聚乙烯醇纤维和石粉,显著提高了混凝土的早期抗裂性能、抗冲击性能和耐磨性能。本发明制备的纤维混凝土制备工艺简单,与水泥基粘结性能良好,显著提高了机场道面混凝土的抗冲击耐磨性能,大大增长了机场道面的使用寿命。
