Each square of concrete comprises the following components by mass: 250-350kg ofcement, 40-120kg of mineral powder, 60-120kg of fly ash, 670-700kg of fine aggregate, 1050-1150kg of coarse aggregate, and a water reducing agent accounting for 0.5%-1% of the mass of a cementing material; the water-binder ratio is 0.31-0.36; the concrete is subjected to early steam curing at the temperature of 35 DEG C or above; the 12-hour steam curing strength is larger than 50% of the 28-daystandard curing strength; the 3-day steam curing strength is larger than 80% of the 28-day strength; the inverted cone time of the prepared slump cone is shorter than 10 s, the impermeability grade islarger than or equal to P12, freeze-thaw cycles are 500 times, the electric flux is lower than 1200c, and flexural strength is larger than 9MPa. The concrete prepared by the invention can effectivelyimprove the segment production efficiency. After the working performance of the concrete is improved, a trowelling robot is introduced for trowelling work, and therefore, the mechanization degree isgreatly improved, and the concrete plays a very important role in promoting building industrialization.
本发明公开了一种适用于机器抹面的低粘滞高耐久快速养护管片混凝土,每方混凝土包括以下质量的各组分:水泥250‑350kg、矿粉40‑120kg、粉煤灰60‑120kg、细骨料670‑700kg、粗骨料1050‑1150kg、减水剂掺量为胶凝材料质量的0.5%‑1%;水胶比0.31‑0.36,所述混凝土在35摄氏度以上的温度进行早期蒸汽养护,12小时蒸汽养护大于28d标养强度的50%,3d蒸汽养护强度大于28d强度的80%,制备得到的坍落度筒倒锥时间<10s、抗渗等级≥P12、冻融循环在500次以上、电通量小于1200c、抗折强度大于9MPa。本发明制备得到的混凝土能够有效提高管片生产的效率。改进混凝土的工作性能后引入抹平机器人进行抹平工作,大大提高了械化程度,对建筑工业化的推进起到了十分重要的作用。
