The invention discloses an urban greenbelt square rainwater collecting and recycling system, which relates to the field of rainwater collection and reutilization. The system comprises a rainwater collection pool, the upper end of the rainwater collection pool is covered, the rainwater collection pool is located underground, the rainwater collection pool is communicated with a road surface rainwater pipe network, and the road surface rainwater pipe network comprises a plurality of staggered and communicated water collection pipes. The water collection pipes are provided with through holes for rainwater to enter the water collection pipes; and a filter device I is arranged between the road surface rainwater pipe network and the rainwater collection pool. And by arranging the filter device I,solid particles and suspended solids in the rainwater collection pool are reduced, and therefore rainwater recycling is more convenient. Rainwater is collected, stored and recycled, so that water resources are saved.
