The invention discloses a highway subgrade maintenance pavement crack pouring system which comprises a grooving mechanism and a sprinkling irrigation device, the grooving mechanism comprises a main cutting part and an auxiliary cutting part which are arranged at intervals front and back and are relatively fixed, and the main cutting part comprises a main cutter rotationally installed on a rack; the auxiliary cutting part sequentially comprises a hydraulic rod, a cylindrical gear, a vertical sliding rotating shaft, a bevel-gear-shaped driving gear and groove expanding assemblies which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode in the rack from top to bottom, and each groove expanding assembly comprises a horizontal sliding rotating shaft, a cylindrical spring, a gasket, an auxiliary cutter and a bevel-gear-shaped driven gear; and an upwards warped crescent driving strip is fixed at the bottom of a gear tooth gap of the driving gear, and when the arc-shaped surface of the bottom of the driving strip is in extrusion contact with the surfaces of the gear teeth of the driven gears, the auxiliary cutters connected with the corresponding driven gears are pushed to extend out of the outer concave cavity. The repair and maintenance effect generated by joint grouting is good, and the durability is good.
本发明公开了一种公路路基养护路面灌缝系统,包括切槽机构和喷灌装置,切槽机构包括一前一后间隔设置且彼此相对固定的主切削部件和副切削部件,主切削部件包括旋转地安装在机架上的主切刀;副切削部件,其在机架内由上至下依次包括液压杆、柱形齿轮、竖直滑转轴、伞齿轮状的主动齿轮以及左右对称布置的扩槽组件,扩槽组件包括水平滑转轴、圆柱弹簧、垫圈、副切刀和伞齿轮状的从动齿轮,主动齿轮的轮齿间隙的底部固定有一根朝上翘曲的獠牙状的驱动条,该驱动条的底部弧形表面与所述从动齿轮的轮齿表面挤压接触时,推动相应从动齿轮连接的副切刀伸出外凹腔之外。本发明参与灌缝产生的修补养护效果较好且耐久性佳。
