Shock insulation support with anti-corrosion performance
The invention relates to a shock insulation support with an anti-corrosion performance. The shock insulation support comprises bolts, a polyurea coating, a rubber sheet, a connecting steel plate, layered rubber and lead cores. Bolt mounting holes are formed in the connecting steel plates; the connecting steel plate is connected with the rubber sheet; the layered rubber is a rubber column body witha multi-layer rubber sheet structure, and at least four lead cores are arranged in the layered rubber in a penetrating manner; and the outer side of the layered rubber is coated with the polyurea coating. When the support is corroded by water molecules and chloride ions in seawater, the support is prevented from contacting with water. Meanwhile, the polyurea has elasticity, so that the purposes of consuming earthquake energy and reducing rigidity to prolong the structural period can be achieved while the polyurea is kept not to be corroded and aged even under the offshore ground and even under the sea.
本发明是一种防腐性能的隔震支座,包括螺栓、聚脲涂层、橡胶片、连接钢板、层状橡胶和铅芯;连接钢板上设有螺栓安装孔;连接钢板与橡胶片连接;层状橡胶是具有多层橡胶片结构的橡胶柱体,层状橡胶内贯穿设置有至少四个铅芯;在层状橡胶外侧包覆有聚脲涂层。当支座遇到水分子及海水中氯离子被腐蚀时,避免支座遇水接触。同时,聚脲也具有弹性,可以达到即使在近海的地下甚至在海底,都可以在保持自身不被腐蚀老化的同时,一方面消耗地震能量,一方面刚度降低,达到延长结构周期的目的。
