The invention discloses a bridge inhaul cable damping limiter. The limiter structurally comprises an upper limiting plate, a lower limiting plate, a damping ring and a fixing bolt, and due to the factthat a small amount of gravel is easily clamped between the upper limiting plate and an inhaul cable, the gravel between the inhaul cable and the limiting plate is blown away from a gap between the inhaul cable and the limiting plate through deformation gas diffusion of the upper damping ring. Sand and stone are collected through the bearing plate in the bottom damping ring, friction of the contact position of the inhaul cable and the limiting plate is reduced, the contact surface matching degree of the inhaul cable and the upper limiting plate is improved, and the damping limiting device cannormally fix and limit a steel component; the steel component is clamped and limited through contact of the bearing plate and the inhaul cable, and inhaul cable length change is reduced; and due to the fact that the exhaust hole is formed in the inner wall of the upper damping ring and is horizontal, the flowing speed of airflow is low, the airflow can flow along the inclined opening through thecooperation of the moving pipe in the exhaust hole and the airflow, the pushing force of the airflow is increased, and sand and stone particles are fully blown to fall off.
