Groove-shaped pipes and groove-shaped plates are arranged on the two side faces of a cross beam; a lifting column comprises a fixing rod and a lifting pipe, a rack is arranged on the side wall of the fixing rod, the lifting pipe is provided with a motor, a gear of the motor is meshed with the rack, and the lifting pipe slidably sleeves the fixing rodand the rack; a rotating mechanism comprises a guide plate and a rotating plate, the guide plate is mounted at the top of the lifting pipe, the rotating plate is rotatably connected to the guide plateand arranged on the bottom surface of the middle of the cross beam, the rotating plate is coaxially provided with a gear shaft, the gear shaft downwards penetrates through the guide plate, and a driving gear is arranged below the guide plate and meshed with a gear of the gear shaft; and side stand columns are arranged at both ends of a cross beam, and adjusting plates are arranged at the bottomsof the side stand columns. The hoisting construction time can be shortened, and the influence on traffic is reduced; the requirement on the setting precision of cement piers and foundation screws is low; the lifting mode of the lifting column is simple and reliable, and the manufacturing cost is low.
