A balance car serves as abase of the sweeping device, the whole device can move flexibly, an exhaust fan and a second motor work in cooperation and are connected with a suction hood, withered leaves are rapidly sucked away and guided into a concentration groove under the action of vortexes generated by spiral blades with the suction force and the diameter sequentially increased from bottom to top. The exhaust fan and a third motor work in cooperation and are connected with a hook-shaped dustpan, and under the action of suction force and friction force of a feeding hammer, wet withered leaves are shoveled in a centralized mode and guided into the concentration groove.
