A water outlet communicating the interior and exterior of a hollow pipe is formed in the top of a hollow cylindrical steel pipe, and used for being connected with a water outlet pipe; a plurality of through holes communicating with the outside are uniformly formed in the bottom wall of the hollow pipe; a trash holding grid is arranged outside the bottom of the hollow pipe and communicates with the through holes; an air inlet pipe is arranged on the lower part of one side of the hollow pipe in acommunicating mode, an air outlet of the air inlet pipe is located in the hollow pipe and faces the bottom wall of the hollow pipe, and an air inlet of the air inlet pipe is located outside the hollowpipe and communicates with an air compressor; and a water stop gasket is arranged between the air outlet of the air inlet pipe and the bottom wall of the hollow pipe, and the water stop gasket is separably laid on the bottom wall of the hollow pipe and covers all the through holes.
