The invention discloses a small-hole diameter double-slurry mixer. The small-hole diameter double-slurry mixer comprises an outer shell and a reversing valve fixedly arranged in the outer shell and used for dividing an inner cavity of the outer shell into a first channel and a second channel which are independent and closed, the reversing valve is provided with a valve element which is in communication with the first channel in a one-way mode, the tail ends of the first channel and the second channel are in communication through a mixing cavity formed in the tail portion of the outer shell, the mixing cavity is of an expanded structure, and the axial section of the mixing cavity gradually converges in the fluid flowing direction. The mixer is fixed through a water pressure plug, the mixercan be fixed to the position of the designated depth section, and the pertinence and accuracy of double-paddle water gushing blocking are higher; and the mixer mixes cement slurry and water glass slurry by adopting a region close to a target, so that the problems of pipe blockage and non-uniform mixing in a double-slurry hole caused by advanced solidification can be solved at the same time, and industrial pain points and technical difficulties in a double-slurry pouring and plugging technology are solved in a targeted manner.
