The invention provides a temporary water transfer pump station rapidly built in a plain river network area. The temporary water transfer pump station comprises a water transfer pump station water cut-off cofferdam, a foundation is solidified at the bottom of a riverway in a replacement filling mode, a water transfer pump station integrated frame and a screen device are fixed to the foundation, a water transfer pump is installed in the integrated frame, and a water outlet pipeline of the water transfer pump is installed by climbing over the water cut-off cofferdam. The temporary water transferpump station can be arranged in a small riverway with poor local hydraulic conditions of a plain river network, especially in a riverway intersection, and can perform accurate flow and flow directioncontrol on a target riverway water body. The temporary water transfer pump station is convenient and rapid to implement, free of influence of the surrounding environment, good in stability and high inreliability.
