The invention discloses municipal road rainwater collection and irrigation equipment. The equipment structurally comprises a water inlet, a box body and a water discharging pipe; the water inlet is formed in the upper end of the box body; and the box body and the water discharging pipe are of an integrated structure. A rotating plate can rotate along a rotating shaft through pushing force generated by rainwater on the rotating plate, and a stirring tank can scatter and stir red soil in the rainwater in an inner connecting pipe under the cooperation of the rotating plate, so that the red soil can be discharged outwards along with the rainwater, the situation that the red soil enters the inner connecting pipe along with the rainwater and adheres to the interior of the inner connecting pipe is effectively avoided; and through throwing force generated by the rotation of the rotating plate, an outer push plate can extend outwards along a connecting block, so that the outer push plate can bounce off part of the red soil on the inner wall of the stirring tank, the outer push plate is pulled by a pull-back strip to shrink, and then the rainwater can be extruded outwards through a water guide cavity, so that the red soil in the stirring tank can be flushed away.
