The invention discloses an ultra-high performance concrete and foam concrete combined and assembled firewall and a construction method thereof. The combined firewall component comprises a prefabricated wavy UHPC shell, a foam concrete inner core, a transverse assembly connecting structure between components and a prefabricated bottom UHPC slotting base. According to the firewall component, after the wavy UHPC shell with transverse connecting structure measures is prefabricated in a factory, positioning and splicing connection are conducted on site, and finally a foam concrete inner core area is poured. According to the combined firewall component, the characteristics of light weight, heat insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation and the like of foam concrete are utilized while the material characteristics of high strength, good ductility, high durability and the like of UHPC are brought into full play, all the advantages are taken, therefore, the combined firewall has the advantages of being excellent in structural performance, low in self-weight load, high in cost performance, capable of conveniently achieving industrialized production and assembly type construction and the like.
本发明公开了一种超高性能混凝土与泡沫混凝土组合拼装防火墙及其施工方法,本发明所述的组合防火墙构件包括预制波浪形UHPC外壳、泡沫混凝土内芯、构件间的横向拼装连接构造以及预制的底部UHPC开槽基座四部分。本发明的防火墙构件在工厂预制带有横向连接构造措施的波浪形UHPC外壳后,在现场进行定位与拼装连接,最后浇筑泡沫混凝土内芯区域。本发明的组合防火墙构件,在充分发挥UHPC强度高、延性好、耐久性强等材料特性的同时,利用泡沫混凝土的轻质、隔热耐火、隔音等特点,各取所长,使得本发明的组合防火墙具有结构性能优异、自重荷载低、性价比高、便于实现工厂化生产与装配式施工等优点。
