Multidirectional offset mounting method for pre-embedded bolts of prefabricated stair sliding support
The invention discloses a multidirectional offset mounting method for pre-embedded bolts of a prefabricated stair sliding support. The method includes the steps that a prefabricated stair sliding support formwork is erected; steel bars are bound in the erected formwork; each pre-embedded bolt is arranged, and the position of each pre-embedded bolt corresponds to a pin key hole of a built-in structure of a prefabricated stair; after concrete is poured, the positions of the pre-embedded bolts are adjusted after the corresponding strength is achieved; cement mortar is used for leveling layer construction at the position, corresponding to the prefabricated stair, of the sliding support; after the leveling layer reaches the strength, the prefabricated stair is hoisted and installed to a presetposition; an annular gasket is mounted in each pin key hole; an opening gasket is placed at the upper part of each annular gasket, and an opening faces the direction of the bolt; nuts are used for fastening the gaskets; and the pin key holes are filled with the cement mortar. The installation construction progress is obviously improved by adopting the multidirectional offset mounting method for the pre-embedded bolts of the prefabricated stair sliding support.
