The invention relates to a treatment method of a wood-grain bare concrete bolt hole. The treatment method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (a) cleaning sundries and dust in a spiral hole by using an air blower; (b) polishing off excessive PC sleeves by using an electric hand drill; (c) removing nuts and other remnants left on a connector; (d) wetting the spiral hole with clearwater before the spiral hole is blocked; (e) mixing anti-crack mortar, an expanding agent and high-strength glue special for bare concrete according to a certain proportion; (f) forcibly rotating andextruding the mortar in the bolt hole by using a hole forming device special for bare concrete; (g) preparing an adjusting material with the color close to that of site concrete; (h) comprehensivelyspraying primer, intermediate paint and finish paint so as to cover the wall surface; and (i) cleaning the site, and protecting a finished product. The treatment method of the wood-grain bare concretebolt hole has the advantages of scientific design, proper step, high operability, attractive appearance quality, vivid wood grain effect, material saving, short construction period and no need of excessive cost input.
