The plane shape of the stereo garage shaft structure is rectangular, circular, and a composite section formed by splicing a plurality of rectangles or circles; the stereo garage shaft structure comprises a shaft wall structure, laminate supports, a top plate, a bottom plate, cross-layer structures and a middle elevator channel, wherein, the well wall structure is a concrete structure, a steel structure or a steel-concrete combined structure; the laminate supports are positioned between layers and are arranged layer by layer, at intervals of one layer or at intervals of multiple layers; the laminate supports are positioned within the projection range of a mechanical parking space and are concrete slabs or steel structure supports; the laminate supports are not arranged in the range of the middle elevator channel; and when the laminate supports are arranged at intervals of one layer or multiple layers, parking spaces of floors without the laminate supports are provided through the cross-layer structures, and the cross-layer structures are steel structure frames or prefabricated concrete structures.
