Lead core rubber support added with hindered phenol antioxidant
The invention discloses a lead core rubber support added with a hindered phenol antioxidant. The lead core rubber support comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, an upper innersealing steel plate, a lower inner sealing steel plate, a rubber sheet, a stiffening steel plate, outer-layer rubber and a lead core; the lead core is arranged in the middle between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; a plurality of connecting bolts are arranged at the periphery of the lead core; the plurality of bolts are circularly arranged, and two ends of the plurality of bolts are fixedly connected with the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; and the lower inner sealing steel plate, a buffer plate group and the upper inner sealing steel plate aresleeved on the lead core and the bolts. Oxygen has an important influence on corrosion of a support when a building is built in an offshore structure, and the problems of aging and cracking of rubberneed to be considered when a lead core rubber shock insulation support for foundation shock insulation is designed for earthquake resistance; and in order to improve the durability of the rubber, antioxidant-hindered phenol antioxidant is added into the rubber, so that the durability of the support is integrally improved.
