Steel pipe column installation method
The invention provides a steel pipe column installation method. The steel pipe column installation method specifically comprises the steps that (1) a steel pipe column foundation bolt adopts double-layer nuts, the upper part and the lower part of a steel pipe column bottom plate each corresponding to a nut, the lower nut controls the elevation, and the upper nut is used for fastening; 2) a steel pipe column lifting ring is installed on a steel pipe column, and the steel pipe column lifting ring is suspended by a lifting hook of a crane to lift the steel pipe column; (3) the nuts of the steel pipe column foundation bolt are fastened through long-arm nut reinforcers; 4) C40 grouting materials are adopted for secondary grouting under the steel pipe column bottom plate to fill a gap at the bottom of the steel pipe column; and (5) steel pipe column footing short column encapsulation is supported by a shaping formwork. According to the installation method, hoisting lugs do not need to be welded to the steel pipe column, operation is easy and convenient, and the hoisting safety coefficient is large; and the nuts of the steel pipe column foundation bolt are firmly screwed, and constructionis convenient. The method is reasonable in design, and saves a large amount of installation time while saving steel pipe column installation materials.
