Mode for combined construction of newly-built high-rise building and stereo garage and structural connection mode thereof
The invention provides a scheme for combined construction of a newly-built high-rise building and a stereo garage and a structural connection mode thereof. The stereo garage (2) is constructed at anyat least one side position of any type of high-rise building (1) in a vertical upright structural state and is constructed in a mode of clinging to a side wall surface; the stereo garage (2) is constructed by adopting a vertical arrangement scheme that parking spaces on two sides of a middle elevator form a group; and the operation of the stereo garage (2) is controlled by people outside the bottom layer of the stereo garage (1). If the high-rise building (1) is not provided with the side wall surface position of the stereo garage (2) at present, but is expected to be constructed later, a connection embedded part which can construct the stereo garage (2) clinging to the wall and does not influence the appearance of the wall surface of the building can be preset, and the connection embeddedpart at least comprises a nut bolt type member which can be matched with a certain key part of the stereo garage (2) arranged outside the stereo garage (2) by screwing and pulling or/and a metal plane piece which can be directly welded on the nut bolt type member. If the scheme is considered in a newly-built residential quarter, the problem of required parking spaces can be solved.
