The invention discloses a three-dimensional ground penetrating radar bituminous pavement internal disease damage identification method comprising the following steps: starting a three-dimensional ground penetrating radar, using the three-dimensional ground penetrating radar to collect original data of a to-be-detected bituminous pavement, and recording each measuring point and measuring line spacecoordinate; filtering the original data of the asphalt pavement acquired in the step 1; extracting a disease area based on the processed original data and labeling the disease area; constructing andtraining a decision tree classifier comprising a plurality of sub-decision trees; inputting the original data of the to-be-detected asphalt pavement acquired in the step 1 into a constructed decisiontree classifier for classification, and automatically identifying and quickly classifying the acquired diseases of the asphalt pavement according to a classification structure.
