Preparation method of low-temperature foam glass ceramic composite thermal insulation material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-temperature foam glass ceramic composite thermal insulation material. A colloidal chemical method is adopted, liquid sodium silicate, boric acid or calcium bentonite and fly ash are used as main raw materials, preparation of a hydrated glass matrix, introduction of crystalline phase mineral powder fly ash and secondary heat treatment are completed, and the low-temperature foam glass ceramic composite material which is light, high in strength, good in water resistance and low in cost is prepared. Meanwhile, process parameters such as dehydroxylation heat treatment temperature and heat preservation time involved in the preparation process are optimized.
本发明公开了一种低温泡沫玻璃陶瓷复合保温材料的制备方法。本发明采用胶体化学法,以液体硅酸钠、硼酸或钙基膨润土及粉煤灰为主要原料,完成了水合玻璃基体的制备、晶相矿物粉末粉煤灰的引入、二次热处理,制备出一种轻质、高强、耐水性良好、成本低廉的低温泡沫玻璃陶瓷复合材料;同时,对于制备过程所涉及的去羟基化热处理温度及保温时间等工艺参数进行优化。
