The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic materials and devices, and particularly relates to a microwave ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. Aiming at the problem thatexisting microwave ceramic material is difficult to meet the dual requirements of low sintering temperature and low dielectric constant at the same time, the invention provides the microwave ceramic material. The microwave ceramic material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 85-95% of 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2, 1-3% of SiO2, 1-3% of Yb2O3 and 4-11% of Ca2(OH)2CO3. The invention also provides a preparation method of the ceramic material. According to the invention, the sintering temperature of the microwave ceramic is reduced by adding a sintering aid and an active agent to regulate and control the magnesium aluminosilicate microwave ceramic, so the ceramic material has a low dielectric constant, dielectric loss and good temperature frequency stability; a preparation processis simple; preparation cost is low; and good practicability is obtained.
本发明属于电子材料与器件技术领域,具体涉及一种微波陶瓷材料及其制备方法。针对现有的微波陶瓷材料难以同时达到低烧结温度和低低介电常数的双重要求的问题,本发明提供了一种微波陶瓷材料,组成包括:按重量百分比计,85‑95%的2MgO‑2Al2O3‑5SiO2、1‑3%的SiO2、1‑3%Yb2O3、4‑11%的Ca2(OH)2CO3。本发明还提供了上述陶瓷材料的制备方法,通过添加烧结助剂和活性剂来调控铝硅酸镁微波陶瓷,从而降低了微波陶瓷的烧结温度,同时使陶瓷材料具有低的介电常数、介电损耗和良好的温度频率稳定性,制备工艺简单,制备成本低,具有强的实用性。
