The invention discloses a bridge rectangular high-pier single-pier bent cap triangular bracket system and a construction method thereof. Before a pier body of a rectangular high pier or a single pierof a bridge is capped, bracket boxes are symmetrically pre-embedded in the pier body with the center of the high pier or the single pier as the symmetry axis, at least one set of opposite-pull holes are reserved in the bracket boxes and the pier body of the high pier or the single pier, and after the pier body is capped, brackets of the set size are inserted into the pre-embedded bracket boxes ofthe pier body and are oppositely pulled and fixed by deformed steel bars; a triangular bracket is fixed to each bracket, a sand box is placed on each triangular bracket, an I-shaped steel cross beam is arranged on the sand box, a double-spliced bailey beam is arranged on the I-shaped steel cross beam, an I-shaped steel distribution beam is arranged on the double-spliced bailey beam, a triangular supporting frame used for adjusting a capping beam bottom die is placed on the I-shaped steel distribution beam, and a capping beam formwork is laid on the triangular supporting frame; and then a steelbar of the bent cap is bound, and finally the bent cap is poured. According to the construction method, high-altitude welding construction is avoided, safety and reliability of a support system are guaranteed, and unreliable factors of people in high-altitude welding are technically avoided.
