Combined type intelligent crane for double-limiting and weight-limiting bridge cantilever construction
The invention provides a combined type intelligent crane for double-limiting and weight-limiting bridge cantilever construction. A middle cross beam and a front cross beam are supported at a steel webextending cantilever of a bridge cantilever end box girder, and a hanging basket system is composed of the middle cross beam, the front cross beam, a lower rear cross beam, a carrying pole beam, a hanging rod, a bottom fence longitudinal beam, an inner sliding beam and an outer sliding beam; the hanging basket system moves on the upper edge of the steel web extending cantilever through walking components fixed to the bottom of the middle cross beam and the bottom of the front cross beam. Cranes are erected on the middle cross beam and the front cross beam, foot stool supporting points span the middle cross beam and the front cross beam respectively, and the cranes can move along with the hanging basket system. The combined type intelligent crane can be installed on temporary structures such as a hanging basket or directly installed on a permanent structure of a bridge, material hoisting can be conducted at any position of bridge cantilever construction, the combined type intelligent crane is suitable for bridge cantilever construction of different paths and heights, and land and water hoisting tasks can be met.
