Steel pipe pile anti-sliding continuous wall construction method
The invention discloses a steel pipe pile antiskid continuous wall construction method. The method comprises the following steps that a steel pipe meeting the design requirement is taken, slurry outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the steel pipe, and a bottom frame capable of bearing the steel pipe is arranged at one end of the steel pipe; a construction hole is drilled in the slope according to the design requirement; the steel pipe underframe machined in the step 1 is downwards moved to the bottom of the construction hole; a grouting PVC pipe meeting the design requirement is taken,one end is connected with a grouting pump, and the other end penetrates through the steel pipe to be placed into the hole bottom; high-pressure grouting is conducted on the interior and the exterior of the steel pipe through the grouting PVC pipe, and grouting is stopped when grout outside the steel pipe overflows; and the construction hole is blocked, and then construction of the steel pipe pileanti-sliding continuous wall is completed. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the steel pipe piles and surrounding rock soil form the steel pipe pile anti-sliding continuous wall through plane layout optimization and grout outlet hole design in combination with a high-pressure grouting means, and the method has the obvious advantages of being rapid in construction, high in anti-sliding bearing capacity and the like, and can achieve effective treatment of high-thrust landslide.
本发明公开了一种钢管桩抗滑连续墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:取符合设计要求的钢管,在钢管管壁上开设出浆孔,一端设置能够承托钢管的底架;根据设计要求在边坡上钻出施工孔;将步骤1加工好的钢管底架朝下下至施工孔底部;取符合设计要求的注浆PVC管,一头连接注浆泵,另一头穿过钢管置入孔底;通过注浆PVC管向钢管内外进行高压注浆,待钢管外部浆液溢出时,停止注浆;对施工孔进行封堵,即完成钢管桩抗滑连续墙的施工。本发明针对现有技术不足,通过平面布局优化和出浆孔设计,结合高压注浆手段,使钢管桩与周围岩土形成一种钢管桩抗滑连续墙,该方法具有施工快捷、并且抗滑承载力高等明显优点,能够达到对大推力滑坡的有效治理。
