The pile body integrity detection device comprises a pile body and a sound wave transmission instrument box body, wherein the peripheryof the pile body is surrounded by a plurality of reinforcing steel bars, three sounding pipes for water injection are arranged on the upper surface of the pile body, pipe opening pulleys are arrangedat pipe opening positions of the sounding pipes. transducers are placed inside the sounding pipes, sounding lines of the transducers penetrate through the pipe opening pulleys to be led out, a triangular support is arranged on one side of a pile body, a sound wave transmission instrument main machine is arranged above the triangular support, elastic sleeves are arranged on the reinforcing steel bars, the elastic sleeves are arranged on the different reinforcing steel bars in a sleeving mode, semicircular pull rings are welded to the outer side faces of the elastic sleeves, and water absorptionmaterial layers are arranged on the inner side surfaces of through holes of the semicircular pull rings in a surrounding mode. The device is mainly used for wire tidying and wire pulling operation ofthe sounding wires of a sound wave transmission instrument in the pile body integrity test, can perform automatic lifting and pulling, is stable and adjustable in rotating speed, can reduce personnelallocation, and avoids disorder and winding of the sounding lines.
