The invention discloses a retractable overhanging type safety net bracket device which comprises a frame and a bracket body, the frame comprises a first transverse rod and first longitudinal rods connected to the two ends of the first transverse rod, and each first longitudinal rod is provided with a movable support capable of moving up and down. The bracket body comprises a second transverse rodand two supporting rods located at the two ends of the second transverse rod, outer connectors are fixedly installed at the two ends of the second transverse rod, inclined rods are rotationally connected to the outer connectors, one end of each inclined rod is rotationally connected with the corresponding outer connector, and the other end of each inclined rod is rotationally connected with the corresponding supporting rod. The other end of the inclined rod is fixedly connected to the movable support on the same side as the inclined rod, one end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected to the outer connector on the same side as the supporting rod, and the other end of the supporting rod is rotatably connected to the upper end of the first longitudinal rod on the same side as the supporting rod. According to the invention, quick folding and unfolding can be realized, so that repeated disassembly and assembly are not needed during hoisting operation, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
