A fixed end of the metal soft strip penetrates through a via hole A in a right side wall of a shell to be fixed to a bracket, the shell is fixed integrally by an upper cover and a bottom cover, a via hole B where the metal soft strip passes through is formed in a left side wall of the shell, and a chain type adjusting strip is fixed to an adjusting end of the metal soft strip; a gear hinge pin is fixed to the left portion of an inner cavity of the shell, a gear is arranged on the gear hinge pin, and gear teeth on the gear are in engaged fit with strip teeth on the chain type adjusting strip; an anchor bolt is arranged on the right side of the gear; and the anchor bolt is controlled by a cam located in the right portion of the inner cavity of the shell to move left and right, the cam is arranged on a rotating shaft connected to a rotating core, a supporting reset spring is further arranged on the bracket and is located on the right side of the cam, and a mechanical armand/or an electronic lock is arranged on the bracket. The using safety is improved according to the design.
