The corner connector comprises a first corner connector body and a second corner connector body; at least one set of telescopic columns are arranged between the first corner connector body and the second corner connector body; each telescopic column comprises a sleeve and a jacking column matched with the sleeve in an inserted mode; the sleeves are connected with the first corner connector body; the jacking columns are connected with the second corner connector body; and the first corner connector body is provided with telescopic adjusting holes communicated with the sleeves. According to the corner connector and the door and window panel frame using the corner connector, the telescopiccolumns are arranged between the first corner connector body and the second corner connector body to serve as expansion structures, and the expansion structures are more stable, so that the situations of dislocation and displacement do not exist; and the expansion structures push the jacking columns through screws or pins and the like to achieve expansion, so that the expansion effect is more obvious, and the flatness and the stability of a door and window panel frame corner assembly are improved.
