High-strength concrete preparation method
The invention relates to a high-strength concrete preparation method which uses fiber cutting equipment. The fiber cutting equipment comprises a processing barrel, a rotary cutting device and a turnover unloading device, wherein the rotary cutting device is arranged on the inner wall at the upper end of the processing barrel; and the turnover unloading device is connected to the processing barrelin a sliding mode. The high-strength concrete preparation method crushes relatively great pieces in waste fibers after performing multi-time cutting at different angles, and reciprocating feeding of acutter drives operation of a rotary mechanism, so that a fixed angle is rotated for crushing large cloth pieces into small pieces after the cutter rotates every time for fixed cutting, and thus, a tool is not damaged in a crushing process; and fiber fragments are unloaded in a multi-step separating and unloading mode, so that the cut cloth is unloaded during sealing and unloading in a cutting process.
本发明涉及一种高强度混凝土制备方法,其使用了一种纤维切割设备,该纤维切割设备包括处理筒、旋转切割装置和翻转下料装置,所述的处理筒上端内壁上设置有旋转切割装置,翻转下料装置通过滑动方式与处理筒相连接;本发明对纤维进行不同角度的多次切割从而将废弃纤维中较大的块分解后在进行绞碎处理,刀的往复进给带动旋转机构的运转,从而使得切割刀每次转动固定切割后都转动固定角度将大块布料切碎成小块,从而在绞碎过程中不会将刀具损坏;本发明通过多步分离下料的方式将纤维碎块进行下料,从而使得切割过程中密封,下料时针对切碎的布料进行下料。
