According to the invention, the defects of the prior art are overcome, the adsorber extends to algae in a river channel through the shrinkage rod by virtue of the isolated algae impurities inthe river channel, then the algae is sucked into the pipeline by virtue of the suction pump in the adsorber, and then the algae impurities in the pipeline are conveyed into the filter bag, and when the algae capacity of the filter bag reaches, the adsorber can be lifted up through the telescopic rod to be unloaded, so that the water environment of the river channel is not influenced, and the practicability is high in actual use.
