The coated excitant is prepared in a coating mode and mixed with slag, the setting time of the alkali slag cement can be effectively changed, the polymer film plays a role in coating in the early stage to achieve thepurpose of delayed release of the excitant, and the polymer film is dispersed in the alkali slag cement along with hydration reaction in the later stage, due to the good bonding effect, the compression-bending ratio can be effectively reduced, and the mechanical property and durability of the alkali slag cement are improved.
