Iron tailing sintered expanded ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an iron tailings sintered expanded ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring 30% of iron tailings, 40-60% of fly ash and 10-30% of quartz sand powder according to the mass percent of ceramsite, spraying water according to the water-solid ratio of 0.2-0.25, granulating into balls, naturally stackingfor 10-24 hours, drying the balls by using flue gas waste heat, controlling the temperature to rise to 200 DEG C within 8 hours, and heating from 200 DEG C to 1000 DEG C at a speed of 10 DEG C/min; and continuously heating to 1210-1230 DEG C at a speed of 25 DEG C/min, and calcining for 15-30 minutes to obtain the sintered expanded ceramsite. The sintered expanded ceramsite has the expansion coefficient of 1.09-1.24, the bulk density of 0.56-0.68 g/cm < 3 >, the apparent density of 0.88-1.05 g/cm < 3 >, the one-hour water absorption rate of 0.26-0.34%, the 24-hour water absorption rate of 0.50-0.60% and the cylinder compressive strength of 6.7-7.5 MPa, and can be used as structural concrete coarse aggregate. The method has the advantages of low equipment requirements, simple raw materials,simple preparation method and simple production process, and is easy to operate.
本发明公开了一种铁尾矿烧胀陶粒及其制备方法,以陶粒的质量百分比计,由30%铁尾矿、40~60%粉煤灰和10~30%石英砂粉混合搅拌,按照水固比0.2~0.25喷水造粒成球,自然堆放10~24小时,然后利用烟气余热干燥料球,控制8小时升温至200℃后,先以10℃/min从200℃升到1000℃,再以25℃/min继续升至1210‑1230℃,煅烧15~30分钟得到烧胀陶粒。该烧胀陶粒膨胀系数1.09~1.24、堆积密度0.56~0.68g/cm3、表观密度0.88~1.05 g/cm3、1小时吸水率0.26~0.34%、24小时吸水率0.50~0.60%、筒压强度6.7~7.5MPa,可作结构混凝土粗骨料使用。该方法所需设备要求较低,原料简单,制备方法和生产工艺简单易操作。
