Method and molten glass for repairing zirconite overflow brick
The invention provides a method for repairing a zirconite overflow brick. The method comprises the following step: scouring a zirconite overflow brick from which ZrO2 is separated out to form a looseboundary layer at a temperature of 1100-1300 DEG C by using molten glass with a viscosity of 104.30-104.80 dPa.s until the content of ZrO2 in the scoured molten glass is 0-5 particles/kg. The invention also provides the molten glass for repairing the zirconite overflow brick. The molten glass comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60.0%-70.0% of SiO2, 12.0%-18.0% of Al2O3, 12.0%-14.0% of Na2O, 3.0%-8.0% of B2O3, 0%-0.1% of K2O, 1.0%-2.0% of MgO and 0.1%-0.4% of SnO2. The molten glass can scour away zircon stones separated out of the surface of the zircon overflow brick, forma protective layer on the surface of the overflow brick, and prevent glass components from reacting with the overflow brick. In the process of repairing, a glass production line does not need to be damaged, the glass production line can be directly used for repairing, and the engineering time and cost of overflow brick repairing are greatly saved.
本发明提供了锆英石溢流砖的修复方法,包括以下步骤:用1100‑1300℃时,黏度为104.30‑104.80dPa.s的玻璃液对已析出ZrO2形成松散分界层的锆英石溢流砖在1100‑1300℃冲刷至冲刷后玻璃液中ZrO2的含量为0‑5颗/kg。本发明还提供了一种修复锆英石溢流砖的玻璃液,所述玻璃液包括以下质量百分百含量的组分:60.0%至70.0%的SiO2;12.0%至18.0%的Al2O3;12.0%至14.0%的Na2O;3.0%至8.0%的B2O3;0%至0.1%的K2O;1.0%至2.0%的MgO;0.1%至0.4%的SnO2其可冲刷掉锆英石溢流砖表面析出锆结石,并在溢流砖表面形成保护层,防止玻璃成分与溢流砖发生反应。其修复过程中,不需要破坏玻璃生产线,可直接利用玻璃生产线进行修复,极大的节约了溢流砖修复的工程时间和成本。
