Microwave-assisted silicon carbide porous ceramic, preparation method of aluminum-silicon carbide composite and aluminum-silicon carbide composite
The invention provides a microwave-assisted silicon carbide porous ceramic preparation method, which comprises the following steps: drying a silicon carbide prefabricated blank plate, putting the silicon carbide prefabricated blank plate into a preparation box, and pouring a reinforcing agent until the silicon carbide prefabricated blank plate is immersed; vacuumizing and dipping in a vacuum dryer; carrying out microwave curing and high-temperature thorough curing; and sintering, and naturally cooling to room temperature after sintering to obtain the silicon carbide porous ceramic. The invention provides a preparation method of an aluminum-silicon carbide composite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing silicon carbide porous ceramic into a silicon carbide preform with a preset size; and dipping the aluminum alloy solution into the silicon carbide prefabricated body by using a pressure permeation method to obtain the aluminum-silicon carbide composite. The invention also provides the aluminum-silicon carbide composite prepared by the preparation method of the aluminum-silicon carbide composite. The porosity and the weight gain rate of the silicon carbideporous ceramic are guaranteed, meanwhile, the heat conductivity of the aluminum-silicon carbide complex is not lost, the strength of the silicon carbide prefabricated body is improved, the silicon carbide prefabricated body is prevented from deforming and breaking in the pressure infiltration process, and the product fitting rate is high.
本发明提供一种微波辅助的碳化硅多孔陶瓷制备方法,先对碳化硅预制坯板烘干再放置于制备盒中,倒入增强剂至浸没;在真空干燥器中进行抽真空浸渍;再进行微波固化和高温彻底固化;然后进行烧结,烧结后自然冷却至室温,得到碳化硅多孔陶瓷。本发明提供一种铝碳化硅复合体制备方法,将碳化硅多孔陶瓷加工为预设尺寸的碳化硅预制体;利用压力渗透法,将铝合金溶液浸渍在碳化硅预制体中,得到铝碳化硅复合体。本发明还提供一种用此铝碳化硅复合体制备方法制得的铝碳化硅复合体。在保证碳化硅多孔陶瓷气孔率、增重率的同时,不损失铝碳化硅复合体的热导率,提升碳化硅预制体的强度,防止碳化硅预制体在压力浸渗过程中发生变形和断裂,产品贴合率高。
