Organosilicon super-hydrophobic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an organosilicon super-hydrophobic material and a preparation method thereof. The super-hydrophobic material comprises 55-75 parts of deionized water, 20-30 parts of a siloxanepolymer, 2-8 parts of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers and 3-7 parts of silica fume and/or active metakaolin. The preparation method comprises the preparation process: sequentially adding the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers, the siloxane polymer and a filler into the deionized water, stirring and dispersing by adopting an ultra-high-speed dispersion machine every time, and thus finally obtaining the organosilicon super-hydrophobic material. When the super-hydrophobic material is used, the super-hydrophobic material is impregnated in a concrete mortar test block and dried at the room temperature, and finally the super-hydrophobic surface with the contact angle not smaller than 150 degrees and the rolling angle smaller than 10 degrees is obtained. The preparation process is simple, under the condition that the performance of the concrete is not affected, the concrete has super-hydrophobic performance, the concrete structure is prevented from being corroded by harmful ions,and the concrete structure is protected.
本发明公开一种有机硅类超疏水材料及其制备方法,该超疏水材料的组成包括去离子水55~75份、硅氧烷类聚合物20~30份、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维2~8份以及硅灰和/或活性偏高岭土3~7份;其制备过程为依次将水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维、硅氧烷类聚合物和填料加入到去离子水中,每次加入均采用超高速分散机搅拌分散,最后得到有机硅超疏水材料。本发明使用时,将所述超疏水材料浸渍混凝土砂浆试块,室温干燥,最后得到接触角不小于150°,滚动角小于10°的超疏水表面。本发明的制备工艺简单,在不影响混凝土性能的情况下,使混凝土具有超疏水性能,避免混凝土结构受到有害离子的侵蚀,保护混凝土结构。
