Grading method of cold recycled mixture
The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavement cold recycling, and particularly relates to a grading method of a cold recycled mixture. The production method comprises the followingspecific production steps: milling an asphalt concrete surface layer, crushing and screening through a crushing and screening device to obtain milled materials with the specifications of 0-10mm and 10-30mm, and mixing the milled materials according to a certain proportion; metering the milling material prepared in the previous step through a milling material metering and conveying device, and thenconveying the milling material to a mixing device; respectively metering the new aggregate, cement, mineral powder, emulsified asphalt and water through a metering and conveying device, and conveyingthe metered materials to a mixing device. The mixing device is used for stirring the mixture, then the finished mixture is discharged to the storage bin through the discharging port of the mixing device to be temporarily stored, anti-segregation measures of the mixture are taken in the storage period, evaporation of water is prevented, and the production efficiency of the cold recycled mixture can be effectively improved by adopting the method.
本发明属于沥青路面冷再生技术领域,尤其涉及一种冷再生混合料的级配方法。具体生产步骤如下,将沥青混凝土面层铣刨后,经破碎筛分装置进行破碎、筛选,得到规格为0‑10mm以及10‑30mm的铣刨料,并对二者按一定比例进行配比混合;通过铣刨料计量输送装置将前序步骤中制备的铣刨料进行计量后输送至拌合装置;通过计量输送装置分别将新集料、水泥、矿粉、乳化沥青、水进行计量后输送至拌合装置;拌合装置对混合物进行搅拌,随后将完成的混合物通过拌合装置的出料口排出至存储仓进行暂存,在存储期间做好混合物的防离析措施以及防止水分的蒸发,采用该方法能够有效的提高冷再生混合料的生产效率。
