The invention relates to a bare rock riverbed steel trestle and a construction method thereof. The bare rock riverbed steel trestle comprises a steel pipe pile structure, a bearing cross beam, a bailey beam and a bridge deck system.The steel pipe pile structure comprises a plurality of sets of array type steel pipe piles; each set of array type steel pipe piles comprises a steel pipe pile module used for supporting the bearing cross beam and a plurality of first steel pipes distributed on the two sides of the steel pipe pile module. The first steel pipe is fixedly connected with the steel pipepile module; the bottoms of the two first steel pipes are anchored in a riverbed, the steel pipe pile module comprises a plurality of second steel pipes, and the bottoms of the second steel pipes areattached to the riverbed surface; the adjacent second steel pipes are fixedly connected, the multiple sets of array type steel pipe piles are longitudinally and indirectly arranged in the length direction of the trestle, and the adjacent array type steel pipe piles are fixedly connected. The steel trestle is good in overall stability, pipe-by-pipe hole guiding is not needed in the construction process, the construction speed is high, and applicability is high.
本发明涉及一种裸岩河床钢栈桥及其施工方法,包括钢管桩结构、承重横梁、贝雷梁和桥面系统,所述钢管桩结构包括若干组阵列式钢管桩;每组所述阵列式钢管桩包括用于支撑承重横梁的钢管桩模块和若干根分布于钢管桩模块两侧的第一钢管;所述第一钢管与所述钢管桩模块固定连接;两根所述第一钢管的底部锚固在河床内,所述钢管桩模块包括若干个第二钢管,若干个所述第二钢管底部与河床面贴合;相邻所述第二钢管间固定连接,若干组所述阵列式钢管桩沿栈桥长度方向纵向间接布置,相邻所述阵列式钢管桩之间固定连接。该钢栈桥整体稳定性好,在施工过程中无需逐管引孔,施工速度快,适用性高。
