The invention discloses a novel anti-seismic fixing-resistant bailey piece which comprises a plurality of bailey piece bodies and a first supporting plate, the bailey piece bodies are installed at thetop of a fixing frame, the bottom of each bailey piece body is symmetrically provided with a sheet, and the top of the fixing frame is provided with a fixing base corresponding to the sheet. A connecting frame is installed between each sheet and the corresponding fixing seat, a damping steel beam is installed between every two adjacent fixing seats, a fastening adjusting mechanism is installed inthe middle of each damping steel beam and comprises a base, a clamping sheet, a threaded column and a fastening nut, each base is installed at the top of the corresponding fixing frame, and each threaded column is installed at the top of the corresponding base. The threaded column penetrates through the inner side of the damping steel beam; by arranging the fastening adjusting mechanism, the elastic coefficient of the damping steel beam can be adjusted, small vibration can be filtered out after the elastic coefficient of the damping steel beam is adjusted, and then the stability of the baileypiece can be improved.
