The stiffening plate is fixedly connected with the inclined strut, a hole is formed in the stiffening plate, and a 10-ton steel wire rope penetrates through the hole to surroundthe bent cap check block and is fixed. According to the installation method, the overhead working truck does not need to be leased, equipment cost is reduced, the main construction area is the bridgeside face, and normal use of lower lanes is not affected. The hanging basket can be repeatedly used in multiple projects and is green and environment-friendly.
