The invention discloses a method for hoisting a newly-added pile foundation reinforcement cage in a narrow space below a bridge reinforced bridge, which comprises the following steps of: A, drilling two holes on an original bridge floor, installing an upper carrying pole beam on the bridge floor between the holes, arranging an upper carrying pole beam lifting lug on the upper carrying pole beam, and connecting a first hoisting steel wire rope with a hoisting device after penetrating through the upper carrying pole beam lifting lug; B, arranging a lower carrying pole beam below the original bridge, arranging two lower carrying pole beam lifting lugs on the lower carrying pole beam, and installing a lifting hook in the middle of the bottom of the lower carrying pole beam; C, making a steel wire rope penetrate through the lower carrying pole beam lifting lug to be connected with the upper carrying pole beam; and D, lifting the reinforcement cage by the lifting hook through the steel wirerope. According to the method, hoisting and mounting construction of the reinforcement cage can be completed in a narrow space under the bridge. The method has the characteristics of obviously shortening the construction period, reducing the construction cost and improving the construction safety and quality.
