Water surface floating oil collection device and method
The invention provides a water surface floating oil collection device and method, and relates to the technical field of floating oil collection. The device provided by the invention comprises a supporting plate, a floating ball adjusting rod which is distributed on the outer edge of the supporting plate, can be adjusted up and down and is fixedly provided with a floating ball at the top end, and one or more oil filtering systems arranged on the supporting plate, wherein each oil filtering system comprises an oil inlet pipe which penetrates through and is fixed on the supporting plate, as wellas an external thread screw, a fine screen and a coarse screen which are sequentially and coaxially fixed to the upper surface of the supporting plate from inside to outside with the center of the oilinlet pipe as the axis; the upper end of the external thread screw is connected with a fine adjustment internal thread screw in a matched way; the oil inlet pipe of each oil filtering system is connected with an oil outlet pipe which penetrates through and is fixed on the supporting plate through a pipeline and an elbow which are positioned below the supporting plate; and an outlet of each oil outlet pipe is connected with a diaphragm pump. The device provided by the invention is relatively low in cost, convenient to use, high in overall balance and good in oil collecting effect, and the floating oil collection efficiency can be greatly improved when the device is adopted for collecting floating oil on the water surface.
