The invention discloses a comprehensive pipe gallery and drainage pipe crossed laying method and joint structure. According to the structure, a pipe gallery cabin at the intersection of a comprehensive pipe gallery and a drainage pipeline is bent upwards, a plate in the bent pipe gallery cabin is higher than the pipe top elevation of the drainage pipeline, the plate in the bent pipe gallery cabinis higher than the pipe top elevation of the drainage pipeline, a drainage channel is formed in the lower layer of the bent portion, the drainage channel is defined by a concrete structure wall, a flowing groove is formed in the bottom overflowing part of the drainage channel, inspection wells are arranged at one ends of the drainage channel, the bottoms of the inspection wells are flush with thedrainage channel, flowing grooves are formed in the bottoms of the inspection wells, inlets and outlets of the inspection wells are formed in the outer side of the pipe gallery and lead to the ground,the flowing grooves of the inspection wells are connected with the drainage pipeline, and a rigid waterproof sleeve is arranged at the joint. The structure has the following advantages that the pipegallery structure is adopted as a drainage channel to replace a drainage pipeline at the intersection, the service life is prolonged compared with the drainage pipeline, and the problem that the drainage pipeline cannot be overhauled and replaced when being laid below the pipe gallery is solved.
一种综合管廊与排水管道交叉的敷设方法及节点结构,综合管廊和排水管道相交处管廊舱室向上弯折,弯折后管廊舱室中板高度高于排水管道管顶标高,弯折后管廊舱室中板高度高于排水管道管顶标高,弯折部位下层设置排水通道,排水通道由混凝土结构壁包围而成,排水通道的底部过流部分设置流槽,排水通道的一端分别设置检查井,检查井的底部与排水通道齐平,检查井的底部也设置流槽,检查井的进出口位于管廊外侧,通向地面;检查井的流槽与排水管道相连接,连接处设置刚性防水套管。本发明具有以下优点:采用管廊结构作为排水通道,代替交叉处的排水管道,相比排水管道延长了使用寿命;解决了排水管道敷设在管廊下方时无法检修更换的问题。
