The invention discloses a construction structure of a basement exterior wall post-cast strip. The construction structure comprises cast-in-place concrete, the post-cast strip and a water resistant plate, wherein a water stop screw is embedded in the water resistant plate, an embedded part is embedded in the side, on which the water resistant plate is arranged, of the end of the cast-in-place concrete, the embedded part comprises an embedded hook and an embedded plate, the embedded hook is located in the cast-in-place concrete, the embedded plate is located on the surface of the cast-in-place concrete, angle steel is embedded in both ends of the water resistant plate, one side of the angle steel is located on the end of the water resistant plate, the other side of the angle steel is locatedon the side, which is close to the cast-in-place concrete, of the water resistant plate, and the angle steel is welded to the embedded part. The embedded part is arranged on the cast-in-place concrete, the angle steel is arranged on the water resistant plate, and the water stop screw is embedded in the water resistant plate and is reinforced with the inner side so as to form a whole, so that thewater resistant plate is prevented from expanding, and the reinforcement of a formwork on the inner side of the post-cast strip is greatly facilitated by virtue of a reserved bolt.
