Gradient-free basement roof drainage method and application thereof
The invention particularly relates to a gradient-free basement roof drainage method and application thereof. By adopting a method of combining drainage and plugging, the gradient-free basement roof drainage method specifically comprises the following steps that (1) plugging is conducted, specifically, firstly, a hole is drilled in a water leakage part by using an electric hammer, secondly, a grouting nozzle is planted in the punched hole, a screw of the grouting nozzle is screwed down to enable the grouting nozzle to expand, and the grouting nozzle is fixed in a wall body, thirdly, a pluggingagent is slowly injected into the grouting nozzle from a grouting pipe, and fourthly, after the plugging agent is solidified, the portion outside the wall of the grouting nozzle is cut off; and (2) drainage is conducted, specifically, an accumulated water treatment device is installed to drain accumulated water on the upper portion of a top plate, the accumulated water treatment device is composedof a plurality of drainage wells, floor drains and in-basement water collecting pits, and the drainage wells and the floor drains are arranged on the upper portion of the basement top plate in each large-scale greening plot. According to the gradient-free basement roof drainage method, a good drainage effect is achieved, rainwater accumulated in basement top plate covering soil and greening watering water can be drained in time, and ground subsidence and water leakage in a basement due to long-term water accumulation in the basement top plate covering soil are avoided.
本发明具体涉及一种无坡度地库顶板排水方法及其应用；采用排、堵相结合的方法，具体包括以下步骤：（1）堵：第一：在漏水部位先用电锤钻孔；第二：在已打好的孔内栽入注浆嘴，拧紧注浆嘴的螺丝，使其膨胀，把注浆嘴固定墙体内；第三：将堵漏剂从注浆管缓缓注入注浆嘴内；第四：待堵漏剂凝固后，将注浆嘴墙外部分切除；（2）、排：安装积水处理装置对顶板上部积水排出，所述积水处理装置由多个排水井、地漏、地库内集水坑组成，每个大型绿化地块内地库顶板上部设置排水井和地漏；本发明方法起到了很好的排水效果，使得地库顶板覆土中的雨水积水和绿化浇水能够及时排出，避免了地库顶板覆土中长期积水造成地面下沉和地库内漏水。
