By arranging the hoop and the pull rods, the loosened and deflected electric pole can be fixed, the electric pole is effectively prevented from toppling over, and the metal pull rods are rigid components and can support the electric pole and prevent the electric pole from toppling over; and by arranging the fixing plate, the fixing plate is fixed to the ground, the contact area between the pull rods and the soft ground can be increased, and it is guaranteed that fixing does notfail.
