The temporary fixing device comprises a hoop, at least two pull rods and a ground fixing assembly, the hoop is detachably installed on the electric pole, the ground fixing assembly comprises a fixing plate and a fixing piece, the fixing plate is fixed to the ground through the fixing piece, the pull rods are metal rods, the pull rods are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the hoop, one ends of the pull rods are hinged to the hoop, the other ends of the pull rods are connected with the side faces, away from the ground, of the fixing plate, the distance between the hoop and the upper surface of the fixing plate is h, h is larger than or equal to 1 m and smaller than or equal to 1.5 m, and the includedangle alpha between the pull rods and the upper surface of the fixing plate is smaller than or equal to 60 degrees. By arranging the hoop and the pull rods, the loosened and deflected electric pole can be fixed, the electric pole is effectively prevented from toppling over, and the metal pull rods are rigid components and can support the electric pole and prevent the electric pole from toppling over; and by arranging the fixing plate, the fixing plate is fixed to the ground, the contact area between the pull rods and the soft ground can be increased, and it is guaranteed that fixing does notfail.
