Suspension type top-layer operation platform, lifting crawling ladder and control system
The invention discloses a suspension type top-layer operation platform, a lifting crawling ladder and a control system. The suspension type top-layer operation platform is provided with the lifting crawling ladder which is controlled by the control system to ascend and descend, the lifting crawling ladder is arranged on the suspension type top-layer operation platform, turning plate bodies are arranged on the two sides of a platform body, wherein the working states of the turning plate bodies are controlled by a pneumatic cylinder, the turning plate bodies can be used as pedals for a worker toclimb to the top of a train, starting and stopping of the pneumatic cylinder are further controlled by the control system, the worker can check the states of the crawling ladder and turning plates inreal time through a handset, and intelligent work is achieved. Compared with an existing fixed stand column and an existing fixed crawling ladder, the problem of unsmooth passing in an overhaul storehouse is solved, the lifting crawling ladder and the pneumatic turning plates are controlled in a centralized mode through the control system and are associated with a flat-level safety interlocking monitoring system, safety clamping control can be formed, then it is guaranteed that personnel cannot climb onto the top-layer operation platform at will, and the problem of electric shock caused by mistakenly entering the top-layer operation platform is solved.
